Team HL Runners
Created in 2019 by the HL club, the team HL Runners Club was a project focused on the promotion of trail run, either by participating in several local, national and international competitions, as well as by the competition organization itself. The team has more than 20 elements distributed by different levels of both genders.
School HL Taekwondo
What started out as a small class is now a world-renowned school for Kukkiwon – World Taekwondo Headquarters and registered with the Portugal Taekwondo Federation – PORTKD.
Under the technical guidance of Coach and 4th Dan, Daniel Soares, practitioners learn this martial art that goes far beyond developing physical combat skills.
Come try it, Mondays at 8:30 pm, Wednesdays at 8:35 pm and Fridays at 8:45 pm at the HL club.
Team HL Paintball
Com a modalidade em ascensão, em 2021, fizemos a apresentação oficial da equipa HL Paintball, que irá participar na Liga de Paintball de São Miguel (LPSM 2022). Classificado como o desporto radical mais seguro do mundo, que começou por ser jogado apenas para fins de lazer, é hoje em dia praticado em vertente de competição, despertando um misto de adrenalina e euforia a quem pratica.
